Hi.. Its ur pen drive showing write protection error..Here s t Solution..
1.right click on the disk-->format.
2.right click on the disk-->properties-->tools-->check now for errors.
3.right click on mycomputer icon-->manage-->disk management-->place cursor on the pen drive volume-->rightclick n format.
4.open cmd prompt-->type format pendrive letter.(e.g format i:\)
